The webshop automatically fills the address that it things it is the correct address.But it fills a wrong address. I tried everything to change is to no avail, the site is stubborn filling the wrong one.Sent several emails to the contact address but Bonprix does not respond.
I placed an order with Bonprix.es on December 5, 2025. The order cost €35.96.On Monday, December 15, 2025, I received an email from both Bonprix and SEUR, the delivery company, saying that the order had been delivered.THAT WAS A LIE! I was at home all day, and there was NO delivery of my order.I then contacted Bonprix.es, using their online contact form, telling them I had not received the order. They did not reply.Over the following week, I sent an average of three such emails per day, telling them the same thing; that I had NOT received the order. They have still not replied!UPDATE #1: About four (4) hours after I submitted this review, I was contacted by a representative of Bonprix, offering to help resolve my problem. I have replied to this person with full details of my order, and I shall update this review in due course, hopefully with something positive to say about the situation.UPDATE #2: About 10 minutes after making my first update to my original review, I received an email from Bonprix saying, "Su pedido ha sido reembolsado. Su dinero se verá reflejado en su cuenta en máximo 14 días."They have refunded my money, and it can take up to 14 days for this to be reflected in my bank account.I will update this review again to let you all know whether I actually receive my refund.UPDATE #3: On Monday, December 22, I received my refund in full from Bonprix, as promised. Because of this, I have to say that once I was able to communicate with the company, they acted exactly as I would hope any responsible company would act.However, I sent emails to them via the contact form on their website. They claimed they did not receive any emails from me. They then provided me with an email that is not listed on their website. This email worked fine, but perhaps they should share it with all their other customers who have a problem!In short, Bonprix sorted out my problem promptly and fairly as soon as I was able to communicate with them. However, they do need to make it easier - a LOT easier - for customers to be able to communicate with them.John Coutts.
I placed an order on 15th, other than confirmation of the order I have heard nothing in over a week. No delivery status update. Checking on the delivery company and all there is is “notified”. Every time I try to chat to anyone I get a robot giving me no information. Terrible service. No email address to write to. I’m left totally in the dark. This is the Spanish site I’m using as I’m based in Spain. Update - 24th Dec - still no idea of when the shipment will be made. All the delivery company website says is “notified”. Following response from Bon Prix - I have emailed and contacted customer services and have had no updates at all. Only that the order is being processed. 3rd Jan - still no update or any idea of when or if the shoes will arrive. Checked on Seurs website and nothing. 11th January - the shoes were lost and another order has been made on 3rd Jan.offered a new order or refund. Should have taken the refund. When checked tracking, no information whatsoever…just the same “notified” message. Tried to chat online to customer services and website link kept crashing. Emailed customer services and nothing. Terrible.
Easy to navigate the website, plenty of choice and lots in stock. Only negative was the time it took from ordering to despatch, over a week, plus delivery was a few days so nearly a fortnight before goods were received. Good discreet packaging. Good communication.
