This level of wear in such a short time is completely unacceptable, especially for a product marketed and priced as premium.We followed the care and maintenance instructions exactly as described on your website, so this is clearly not an issue of misuse. Frankly, I am shocked by the poor quality. If I expected to replace my bedding every three months, I would have bought a cheap set from Amazon instead of paying €145 for what is supposed to be a durable, high-quality product.This product is clearly defective. I expect either a full refund or an immediate replacement, and I would appreciate a prompt response explaining how Bonsoirs intends to resolve this issue.
