I ordered fitted sheets that fit the mattress perfectly and feel absolutely lovely. Because the quality was so great, I then bought a duvet cover. I made a mistake with the size, but customer service was friendly and helpful. The exchange was easy, and the correct duvet arrived quickly. Highly recommend!
After being used and washed only two times, the duvet cover is already torn. This level of wear in such a short time is completely unacceptable, especially for a product marketed and priced as premium.We followed the care and maintenance instructions exactly as described on your website, so this is clearly not an issue of misuse. Frankly, I am shocked by the poor quality. If I expected to replace my bedding every three months, I would have bought a cheap set from Amazon instead of paying €145 for what is supposed to be a durable, high-quality product.This product is clearly defective. I expect either a full refund or an immediate replacement, and I would appreciate a prompt response explaining how Bonsoirs intends to resolve this issue.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.Their return and exchange process simply does not work: every drop-off point they listed refused the package, making it impossible to complete the return. I followed their instructions exactly, paid the extra amount for the exchange items, and in the end I’m stuck with nothing — no exchange and no support.I contacted them several times and the replies were slow, unhelpful, and completely disconnected from the actual issue. They keep repeating the same generic answers without solving anything. It honestly feels like no one is even reading the messages.At this point I’ve spent time, money, and energy for a process they advertise but clearly cannot manage.A brand that treats customers like this doesn’t deserve anyone’s trust.Avoid them — there are plenty of other companies that respect their customers and have systems that actually work.
An edited review after a month:I’m 190 cm+, and this bathrobe is simply too small. Length and fit are not made for taller people.The fabric looks and feels nice, but it snags and frays very quickly if you have cats. In my case, it damaged almost immediately, so I wouldn’t recommend it for pet owners.Overall it’s a good-looking, quality product, but for the price I regret spending this much.
I was very excited to update my bed sheets after seeing them up close at work. I ordered on 1st January and it’s 9th January and the package still didn’t arrive. So far it’s very disappointing for quite expensive and posing as “luxurious” supplier. And they use Mondial Relay, which is know to be not the fastest. I live in Belgium so not really far from France…
