I really like the products but the first time I had an issue they really failed at customer service and I think probably consumer rights. The bra I bought arrived with a broken strap, I raised it with customer services, a chat bot replied asking for photos so I sent it and then no other reply was sent to me, even though I tried multiple to get in touch with them. I had to use the generic returns procedure which charged me for postage even though I’d chosen the option for ‘faultly item’. So I paid extra for this bra with the cost of postage and loads of time wasted writing emails and never hearing back. Such a shame because I really like the products and I’d recommended them to all my friends. Seems like a lot of companies now look good on the outside and happy to take your money but as soon as you need them to sort a problem out there’s no action on their side. So disappointing!
