I returned an item to the company on 18 December (£120) and have not received the refund. Despite over 20 messages with the support team, I was repeatedly told the refund was processed — but it wasn’t. No money was credited to my account. The company has become dishonest with poor customer service. The process is flawed, support is ineffective, and resolving a simple refund takes far too much time and effort. Not worth the stress. I recommend avoiding them.
