I returned an item to the company on 18 December (£120) and have yet to see my refund. After over 20 messages with the support team, I was repeatedly told the refund was processed — but it hasn't happened. No funds have been credited to my account. The company has become unreliable, with poor customer service. The process is flawed, and what should be a simple refund takes an unreasonable amount of time and effort to resolve. It's not worth the hassle. I suggest steering clear.

I ordered several items, one of which arrived damaged. I tried to contact them via email for a return but never got a response. I had to figure out the return process myself and sent the item back. I received an email stating the return was being processed and that I would get my refund in 4 days, but it's now been 7 days with no sign of it. I reached out via messaging but only received vague automated replies that offered no help. I requested to speak to a manager but was met with another automated response ignoring my request! Avoid this service unless you want unnecessary stress.
I would rate this 0 stars if possible. I returned an order on 09/07/25 and still have not received a refund. They confirmed it was processed on 15/07/25, but the funds haven’t returned. I plan to seek advice from consumer advocacy as they ignore all emails. They assured me the refund would be issued before 30/07/25, but here we are, and no refund. This service is disgraceful, and they ignore all my communications while providing false information. I want to file a complaint about their awful customer service.
Avoid this place! I returned a package (which I had to pay for myself), but it got lost! Now I have to cover the cost of both the return and the dress. It's infuriating, and they don't handle this professionally. I will not buy from here again. I have no product but still have to pay for it. It's absurd.
