I returned an item to the company on 18 December (£120) and have yet to see my refund. After over 20 messages with the support team, I was repeatedly told the refund was processed — but it hasn't happened. No funds have been credited to my account. The company has become unreliable, with poor customer service. The process is flawed, and what should be a simple refund takes an unreasonable amount of time and effort to resolve. It's not worth the hassle. I suggest steering clear.
