Terrible service and communication

I ordered an item over a week ago, and while the payment was taken, I received no confirmation email. I emailed customer support multiple times with no reply. Even my messages on social media received generic responses about delays. I submitted a complaint through a resolver service, but I doubt I’ll hear back from this company. I plan to request a refund through my payment service. Stay away from this company—they shouldn't be taking payments if they can't deliver.
