Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience. There was no customer support available, and they made an error without any resolution. I found myself going in circles and had to involve a payment platform to attempt to retrieve my funds. No products received, no help provided! I strongly advise against this.

Avoid at all costs! Going through bank for a refund.

They take your money, fail to send the product, and then ignore your messages. Now I’m dealing with my bank to reclaim my funds.

Complete disappointment. Lacking customer support

Strongly advise against this company…

As an experienced online shopper, I’ve never faced such poor service. I’ve been waiting 18 days for a response. The items I received are of very low quality, and there’s no option to return them at the seller's expense! Communication is non-existent - I will NOT shop here again or recommend them.

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company! It’s lost its trustworthiness. I ordered a dress for a special occasion and a matching bag. They trick you into believing the items are delivered, then you can’t reach them. I filed a complaint with a payment service, and although I have proof of my order, their customer care claimed my details didn’t match any orders! I’ve shopped here many times before, so there’s no way my information isn’t in their system. Clearly, they are now operating as scammers! Avoid any messaging platforms; they’re scams too! I’m reporting this company!

Terrible service and communication

I ordered an item over a week ago, and while the payment was taken, I received no confirmation email. I emailed customer support multiple times with no reply. Even my messages on social media received generic responses about delays. I submitted a complaint through a resolver service, but I doubt I’ll hear back from this company. I plan to request a refund through my payment service. Stay away from this company—they shouldn't be taking payments if they can't deliver.

Like many others, I’ve recently been scammed. They took my money without confirming my order, and it doesn’t even show in my account. With no response from customer service, I’m now filing a dispute with a payment service. This company shows all the signs of going under—stay away!

A frustrating experience with a scam operation

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering, as my experience mirrors others. I paid for my item and express shipping but received no confirmation or shipping details. After two weeks, I reached out, but nothing. I tried another contact method that led me to a useless automated response. Thankfully, I managed to get my refund through a payment service, but it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
