AVOID — lost £80 and counting
Absolutely disgraceful company. Where do I even begin?
I used Buy Now Pay Later and specifically selected refund to original payment method. Instead they issued a gift card without my consent, then had the audacity to send me a generic screenshot as "proof"... no name, no details, nothing that could identify me. Completely useless.
Eventually I gave in and used the gift card so I didn't just lose the money. The items were terrible quality so I returned them. Guess what? Never received a replacement gift card. That was weeks ago. I've been chasing them and now apparently I've just lost £80 because too much time has passed.
TDLR: they ignored my refund preference, trapped me with a gift card, sent me unverifiable "evidence," and then lost my money entirely. £80 gone. No accountability, no resolution, just wall-to-wall incompetence.
Do yourself a favour and shop literally anywhere else.
