Customer service is non existent. Sent me a dress with black stains on it and took FIVE DAYS to get through to an agent. I asked them for a full refund including shipping as the item was faulty and they refunded me WITHOUT giving back the shipping cost even though I explicitly asked. I said this to them and it’s been four days and no reply. They are thieves. If anything goes wrong with your order there is no one to help. They deserve to go out of business.
