I have ordered from boohoo for many many years but i will NEVER order again.
End of Dec I ordered quite alot of items for my grandmothers funeral so i had multiple options, and returned what i did not need. My refund of £90 was put on a gift card. Which they claim i selected. And i 10000% deny. I am on maternity leave and mat pay, so im what world would i not what my £90 back?
They actually started gas lighting me, making me think did i really chose this method. Until i saw that so many others are experiencing this same issue.
To make matters worse, the gift card expires after 90 days.
I have contacted boohoo over and over and they just reply with the same bollocks- that i selected this method and they cant change the method once its been chosen.
So please, do not order from here unless you are happy to receive your refunds as gift cards.
