I followed the return instructions perfectly and even received confirmation of my return on December 6. Yet, my return was never processed, and now I'm being pursued for €58, as if I've done something wrong. I have all the evidence: return confirmation, tracking, and their email acknowledging receipt. But still no refund, no adequate response, and no resolution. The customer is left with the stress, extra costs, and payment threats due to their internal issues. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to fight to avoid paying for items they returned properly. I will take further action if this isn't resolved soon. Think carefully before ordering here — returns are clearly unreliable.
