In August, I placed an order, and the clothes were such poor quality that most had to be returned. The online returns portal failed, so I contacted their text service. The agent arranged my return, and I specifically requested a refund to my original payment method, not a gift card. After returning the items, I received a gift card instead. I have proof of everything in texts. After multiple attempts to reach them, they claimed I had chosen the gift card option. They clearly did not care about their own agent's process. I tried to use the gift card for £49.18, only to find it expires in 90 days?! How can they limit a gift card from a refund?! I'm appalled. They took back the items, processed the refund incorrectly, and now I’m out £50 for items I no longer have. Avoid this service; the customer service is non-existent, the refund policy is a scam, and the product quality is terrible.
