It fetched my order details but informed me that my package isn't even ready for shipping yet. It was supposed to be delivered three days ago. It's disgraceful, and there's been no communication. The bot also mentioned that it's unlikely to arrive before Christmas. When I tried to escalate the issue, it said the information would be forwarded to a customer support agent, with a delayed response expected. I then requested to cancel my order, and it told me to wait until December 21st, when my package will be considered lost. My money has already been deducted, and nothing is being prepared for shipping, yet I'm told to wait until the 21st for action, despite the promised delivery date being the 8th.
