I decided to exercise my consumer rights and attempt to cancel the contract within 14 days as an EU resident. According to the instructions on the company’s website, I needed to email the support team, but my email bounced back because the address is invalid. I also tried contacting them through various channels like chatbots on the website, Instagram, and Facebook, but received no assistance. What kind of business operates this way?! I will be reaching out to my bank to escalate the matter. I won’t be using this service again!

I then requested to cancel my order, but it told me to wait until December 21st, when it would be considered lost. I've lost money, and my order hasn't even been prepared for shipping, yet I'm told to wait until the 21st for any resolution.

I received the wrong dress and have been trying to reach customer service since early November without any response.
