The item was advertised as 50% cotton and 50% polyester, but when it arrived, it was 95% polyester. I want to return it for a refund, but I’m unhappy about having to pay €4 for a return when the item is not as described. I sent photo evidence to the company through both available channels—first via email and then through messenger—yet both messages have been ignored. Still no response. I would advise avoiding this company.
