I would rate this experience as a zero if I could. I ordered a jacket and fleece on December 1st, with an expected delivery date of the 8th. Now it's the 11th, and after trying to reach customer support, I only managed to connect with a bot. While it retrieved my order details, it informed me that my package isn't even prepared for shipping yet. It was supposed to arrive three days ago! This lack of communication is unacceptable. The bot also stated that it's unlikely to arrive by Christmas. When I requested to escalate the issue, it mentioned that my information would be forwarded to a support agent, but I should expect a delayed response. I then requested to cancel my order, but it told me to wait until December 21st, when it would be considered lost. I've lost money, and my order hasn't even been prepared for shipping, yet I'm told to wait until the 21st for any resolution.
