STEER CLEAR, THEY'RE FRAUDULENT! I returned items in mid-November and received an email indicating my refund has been placed on a gift card, which I did not select. When I reached out to the support team, they claimed I chose this option, and once processed, it's locked and unchangeable. This is simply untrue; that option was never presented to me. They made this decision without my consent and are now refusing to refund my money. I'm out £100 for items I've returned. Their customer service is nonexistent, only providing automated responses. Avoid this company!
