I have been waiting to receive a refund or gift certificate for two months. Boohooman are now actively avoiding my messages to avoid giving me my refund. I have been scammed. You would never think a company of this size would purposely scam a customer out of only £30. Someone will no doubt reply to this review - but no one will reply to my messages asking where my refund or gift certificate is.
