I ordered almost $400 worth of items around Christmas, 12 items. I only received 1 and the rest were returned without my knowledge. Asked for the items to be resent and they refunded them. Constant back and forth with an AI on Facebook messenger. It's been over a month and a half and I've received absolutely no money back. But they have claimed the refund has been issued and deposited. At this point BoohooMan has robbed me of my money. Will never order from them again.
Very poor service. Refunding to gift voucher is a scam as they don’t provide pin. Any communication with them is returned after a week. 5 weeks now and still to get assistance for my refund.
Would be zero if I could leave a zero. I ordered men’s jersey shorts in XS. A pair of XL arrived. I returned them via inpost on 2/2/26. They arrived back with Inpost on 5/2/26. Today 21/2/26 I found myself chasing the refund. And guess what? They deducted the £3.99 postage I’d paid for the order which they sent out incorrectly. I challenged this. The message I received back: Hi G@@@@@@,
As I can check, the refund of £8.40 is processed. However, there are no return charges for this order, and the delivery charges are non-refundable. - Casey

Received a gift certificate for items I returned.it doesn't work,I've exchanged around 10 emails with them now.each reply they either ask for things I've already provided " screenshot of error" for instance or ask me to try something like " use it on the website" and don't actually try solving the issue. Basically stolen my money! I will be contacting trading standards Robbers!
My son ordered two items of clothing which did not fit. I sent them back the day after the delivery was received following the correct process and asking for a credit note as he intended to buy the same items again but in a different size. It has been over two weeks since the returned items were received by Boohooman (we tracked on Royal Mail). He has not received his refund and everytime we have tried to communicate with customer service we have to start from scratch providing order references/delivery dates, wait for days for a response and even when received the responses are useless. Disgraceful.
Ordered two oversized t-shirts, including one tall size XL. Size wise neither of those looked nothing like on the images and were both way too wide (each width larger than the length of the t shirt). Be careful when choosing the sizes.
Do not order from here if you are in the US I repeat do not order from them !
My November 2025 ordered never came and got returned in January 2026!
My first and last time ever ordering from here ever again in life! They suck ! And I hope there company declines because it’s based on lies !
While the jeans I ordered for my son were satisfactory, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I placed my order in August, using a £10 gift card and paid the remaining balance with my debit card. I kept four items and returned four. The refund process was slow, and I noticed a £10 discrepancy. When I reached out to customer service, they repeatedly claimed I had been refunded, but no one seemed to grasp that I was short by £10. Each response was poorly written and seemed scripted. Eventually, I received an apology stating that I should have been sent a £10 gift card, which would arrive within ten days. Naturally, it never came. I have informed them about this issue, but they appear unconcerned about retaining customer funds.
I've been attempting to reach out through their website for weeks. I placed my order on November 13th and received an "it's on its way" email the next day. Unfortunately, I can't reply to their order-related emails, and despite sending two messages through their support page, I have received no response. Now, the tracking page indicates that the package is lost, and I'm still waiting for any update from the company. This was an order exceeding $175! I will now look into how to file a complaint against them.
I ordered a coat before Christmas, but it never arrived. I tried again after Christmas, and that order hasn't arrived either. The support from the service has been disappointing! I've been a customer for years, and while there have been occasional delivery issues, nothing like this. It's made me hesitant to order from them again.
