The refund process was slow, and I noticed a £10 discrepancy. When I reached out to customer service, they repeatedly claimed I had been refunded, but no one seemed to grasp that I was short by £10. Each response was poorly written and seemed scripted. Eventually, I received an apology stating that I should have been sent a £10 gift card, which would arrive within ten days. Naturally, it never came. I have informed them about this issue, but they appear unconcerned about retaining customer funds.
