In the Philippines, cash is often the standard, which is why I aimed to reduce my cash transactions. In the end, I could only pay digitally for the service fee and had to settle the scooter cost in cash. Cancelling would have meant forfeiting the service fee, so I would have lost money either way. I found other rental companies offering rates of 600 PHP for two days, while this service charged 1200 PHP total, which is double. The rental company insisted on this inflated price. I will not use this service again; it felt like a complete rip-off in the Philippines!
