Ultimately, I could only make a digital payment for the service fee and had to pay for the scooter in cash. Cancelling would have meant losing the service fee, resulting in wasted money. I received a quote from other rental agencies for 600 PHP for two days, while the total at this service was 1200 PHP—double the price. The rental company was adamant about the higher rate. I will not use this service again; it felt like a total scam!

Renting was a smooth experience. The pickup location was conveniently close to where we stayed, and after getting the motorcycle, we mainly used it for grocery runs around the city. Traffic was challenging, but the motorcycle made it much easier to navigate. Initially, we used ride-sharing services and local transport, but having our own rental motorcycle eliminated the waiting times. Thanks to the service, I will definitely rent from them again.
