This service has proven to be a total disappointment, wasting both time and money. The individuals on the phone behaved unprofessionally and engaged in misleading practices. A representative provided incorrect information about payment terms, stating that only 50% of the contract price would be charged after the first leads and booked jobs, with the rest due once the system was fully operational. However, despite this understanding, the full payment was taken without my consent. Since then, the company has not responded to my calls, and the reception staff seem to be intentionally ignoring any attempts to reach out from my number. As a result of these actions, I am moving forward with legal action against both the representative and the company. I strongly recommend that others steer clear of doing business with this service.
