We booked last minute after my shower wasn’t regulating after a boiler change , it was decided that we would replace the shower anyway. When the fitter arrived he hadn’t been told so had to go and buy a shower. This was installed but he didn’t check it fully and it was assumed it was regulating however it wasn’t . I called the follow day and it was then decided it was the boiler installer who had swapped the pipes over when he remove the shower pump. They sent a new installer for the shower and he checked the install of the boiler and swapped the pipes over and all resolved, it did cost an extra £120 as they had to charge for him to come out as a repeat visit. I am very happy with the workmanship and shower and that the issue was solved .

A representative provided incorrect information about payment terms, stating that only 50% of the contract price would be charged after the first leads and booked jobs, with the rest due once the system was fully operational. However, despite this understanding, the full payment was taken without my consent. Since then, the company has not responded to my calls, and the reception staff seem to be intentionally ignoring any attempts to reach out from my number. As a result of these actions, I am moving forward with legal action against both the representative and the company. I strongly recommend that others steer clear of doing business with this service.

Joined this afternoon after several calls promising over 28 jobs in my area. I reluctantly signed up and paid, which was a mistake. They created my account with incorrect details and didn't inform me that the leads were outdated. I tried to contact them for days but was ignored, including by the account manager. After sending a complaint, they still did not respond. This company is a complete con; once they have your money, they cut all communication. I plan to report them, but be warned: if you want actual leads and support, this is not the company to choose.

COMPLETE SCAM, AVOID THIS COMPANY! They lure you in with promises of regular leads. We signed up over a month ago and haven't received a single job. They are very helpful on the phone before the sale, but once they have your money, they show no concern. We feel utterly robbed.
