I contacted the company for a refund and received an email in Spanish, which I had to translate. Following that, I got an English response acknowledging my request but no details for returning the item. I submitted another inquiry but still haven't received a reply. Now, I’m stuck with a damaged product and unclear on how to return it for a refund. This was my first order, and I regret not choosing a local option.
