Review Time
I needed a number of titles, with varying degrees of urgency so in my order included some books in the UK and some that were imported (and would therefore take longer). What is not indicated anywhere though is that this means you will now be paying the premium price for books but that nothing will be despatched until the slowest possible part of your order arrives. The customer service, when they respond is not helpful and also unusual in that they neither pretend to have considered options or bother to use any sympathetic language such as "I'm afraid" or "we apologise". Simply that it follows their internal process, that they did not trouble to highlight as you before or during making a purchase. To quote the customer service response:
"If an order contains items with different availability times, the shipment is scheduled according to the item with the longest delivery window, as the full order must be consolidated into one package before dispatch. This follows our standard shipping process."
So I'm following one of my standard complaint processes.
TLDR: Not a website to use for a large order at all, not a company that prides itself on customer service to perhaps best for books that you cannot find elsewhere?
To be honest, I don´t trust online shops but I gave Bookdelivery a chance because I read great reviews. In the end it turned out that it really is amazing and absolute trustworthy! The shipping was incredibly quick, the book was perfectly wrapped and brand new.
I can only praise Bookdelivery too :) I´ll surely order again from them.
I have yet to receive my item and got an email indicating I needed to make a payment again because my initial payment didn't go through. When I checked their system, the item was still in my basket. Thinking it was my mistake, I paid again, only to find out that my payment had already been processed the day before, resulting in me being charged twice. Now, a week later, there has been no resolution, and I haven't received any updates about the book's shipment. So far, I've spent nearly £45, including two shipping fees, for a book I still do not have.

Initially hesitant, I was pleased when my order arrived quickly, well-packaged, and in excellent condition. I plan to order again and have already shared my experience with friends.
I faced a problem with my delivery, and my parcel was sent back. I reached out to them to request a resend, but I haven't received any acknowledgment of my email or information regarding a refund or resend. I emailed again today and will update if I hear back.

I ordered a hardback notebook as a gift at what seemed like a fair price. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged—warped and bent, making it unusable. I contacted the company for a refund and received an email in Spanish, which I had to translate. Following that, I got an English response acknowledging my request but no details for returning the item. I submitted another inquiry but still haven't received a reply. Now, I’m stuck with a damaged product and unclear on how to return it for a refund. This was my first order, and I regret not choosing a local option.
