I have yet to receive my item and got an email indicating I needed to make a payment again because my initial payment didn't go through. When I checked their system, the item was still in my basket. Thinking it was my mistake, I paid again, only to find out that my payment had already been processed the day before, resulting in me being charged twice. Now, a week later, there has been no resolution, and I haven't received any updates about the book's shipment. So far, I've spent nearly £45, including two shipping fees, for a book I still do not have.
