TOTAL SCAM!
If it were possible, I would rate this a 0. Like many others, I booked a taxi that never showed up and was later charged €39 for a subscription that I supposedly agreed to. This is not only unethical but possibly illegal. I saw numerous responses to other one-star reviews offering refunds, so I decided to give them a chance and waited over 48 hours for a response to my refund requests via multiple emails, but of course, no response! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS...SHAMEFUL SERVICE.
