I signed up online on my phone, in a different country, to book an emergency taxi, 1.5 hours before it was needed. The site suggested a taxi would arrive but it never showed - I got an email 30 minutes AFTER it should have arrived to say they didn't have one available. The email they sent me confirming my sign up did not mention that they charge €39.00 per month after a 72 hour trial period, and so I got charged this a few days later. Dishonest, deceitful, useless. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Updated review: Bookeo24's reply below is very different to the email they sent me regarding this issue, which simply stated that 'When you registered, you activated a trial period of €0.10 for 72 hours, after which the subscription automatically renewed at €39.00 per month, as indicated during the sign-up process.' They are well aware that this fee is mentioned in very small print in the online sign-up process and by not mentioning this fee in the confirmation email, most people will miss it. Their replies on this Trust Pilot page suggest that they are willing to refund peope who have been misled; their email replies suggest they are not.
