I booked a taxi through this platform on 1/16 and was charged €0.10 on my credit card. I never received any notification regarding the taxi's arrival or status. Additionally, I did not agree to any subscription, yet I was charged another €39 on 1/20, which seems to be part of a subscription scam that is being operated. This charge must be refunded, and I expect the cancellation of this unwanted subscription immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to involve the authorities.
