Absolutely horrible service — avoid this company at all costs.
We booked a taxi a day in advance for an early morning pickup from Germany to the Netherlands and even paid a reservation fee. They confirmed the booking, forced us into a shady “free trial subscription,” and then simply NEVER showed up.
We waited outside with our luggage for 15 minutes in the freezing morning near the mountains. No taxi. No call. No explanation.
Because of them, our entire journey was ruined and we had to spend a lot of extra money on last-minute trains. Total waste of time, money, and energy.
This company feels dishonest and scammy, especially with their sneaky subscription charges. A taxi service that doesn’t even show up after confirming is completely useless.
