Shocking customer service. I booked a room fir 1 night showing as £99, tried to screenshot but it said the app wouldn't let me. I paid anyway.On my confirmation its now gone up to £284. I wrote a complaint letter 3 weeks ago and not received a reply. I've messaged on the app 3 times and no reply.So hard to get to talk to anyone and when you do, they don't care. They just say because I have no proof, there's nothing they can do.
