Years ago I would have rated it a 5 great rooms great prices but not anymore. Twice in the last three months I’ve had to stay in unacceptable properties one a flat in Poland where after I arrived and complained to the landlord he put me as a no show . So I had to find another property to stay in for ten days. The second a hotel room with a leaking toilet that had seeped in to the living quarters and up the side of the bed settee. On both occasions Booking . Com customer services were contacted first time they took the side of the landlord I lost over £500 the second time I’m still waiting for any call back . There is no customer support or recompense for unsuitable accommodation you are just as well booking your own . At least then there is no third party involved in any dispute
