I booked a holiday to Clacton on sea through booking.comWhen we arrived, there was no caravan.Just a concrete slab tried to contact and what a surprise.Nobody answered no phone number, so I massaged them.Still haven't had anything back and that was a fortnight agoI have notified the bank and have now put a fraud case against booking.com for failing to produce the caravan that I'd booked.This company is in absolute shambles.It's a scam company, and I really, really would not recommend booking anything from them at allI am now out of pocket due to the incompetent of this companyIf you Google complaint to booking.com.It will come up with an email address.I ve emailed this address and all I get is an automated service back from them asking me email them with the booking reference but it invalid addresI WOULD VERY STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO USING THIS COMPANY.
