I had €197.00 deducted from my account for a reservation I made, and they assured me a refund. I'm still waiting for it. It seems unlikely that I will ever receive my refund. I've sent at least ten emails and made numerous phone calls. Be cautious when booking; the service has terrible customer support and feels like a money grab.
