If there is 0 I would rate Booking.com as 0. I booked a taxi pick me up from the Airport, the driver never showed up and no response either although I followed the instructions and sent multiple messages. I asked the refund from Booking.com and they said already issued the refund, but I never received it. Booking.com is a cheater and wondering why business is still alive. Keep away from Booking.com, Booking.com is definitely a fraud company!
