In April we booked a hotel stay for an out of town concert in September. We paid booking.com up front and received a receipt. On the date of our stay we were told by the hotel clerk that booking.com had not paid for the room. We were forced to pay for the room again. We have communicated with 5 separate customer service agents to date abd have gotten constant runaround. We demanded a refund but this company is fraud. I can’t believe they are still in business and are allowed to advertise in TV
