I rented and paid for a car rental in Miami, Florida through Booking.com on my Amex card, Despite all of that, when I got to GREENMOTION CAR RENTAL, I was told that they did NOT take Amex despite my having a voucher as them was to purchaseying it was paid off. Next, GREENMOTION asked for my insurance and gave them a copy of my Travelers insurance. They told me that they did not take Travelers Insurance and the only way I could rent through them was to get their full insurance at a cost of $287.85 plus pay again for my rental (I had a voucher that said all of this was paid for), I did not have time to go back to the airport and it took GREENMOTION 1 hour to pick me up from the airport. GREENMOTION told me I would have to pay for their coverage, which was $287.00 for 4 days, I called BOOKING,COM and they said they could not help me. Booking,com is the worst and this is fraud, I will sue both agencies if I don't get my money back,
