While on holiday, we decided to stay an extra week, with our vehicle in Gatwick south terminal long stay, tried extending online, there was a fault issue, so we rung to extend the parking, gave the card details, was assured everything was sorted. Came back to take vehicle out, and was charged treble the weekly rate.. . It seemed like a regular deliberate ploy, to scam people out of lots of money. Disgusting. Paid and would NEVER use again.
