On arriving the barrier wouldn't lift and there was no record of my booking I was let in with a ticket and rang company to confirm booking. On departing the barrier wouldn't lift but when I gave booking reference I was let out,
I have used this company before and never had any problems and the problem was sorted so would use them again
What can I say….. so much cheaper than the airport site. Easy navigation on the website. Full instructions on how to get to the airport. Van was locked for 15 days and was still waiting for me. Free bus ride to and from terminal. I would use this site everytime I travel.
While on holiday, we decided to stay an extra week, with our vehicle in Gatwick south terminal long stay, tried extending online, there was a fault issue, so we rung to extend the parking, gave the card details, was assured everything was sorted. Came back to take vehicle out, and was charged treble the weekly rate.. . It seemed like a regular deliberate ploy, to scam people out of lots of money. Disgusting. Paid and would NEVER use again.
