The final bill from the clinic was in the amount of 3000 €." -- the "final bill" you sent us for 3000 € is clearly marked 'Kostenvoranschlag' (german for “cost estimate”), and dated June 11th 2019. Our appointment was for July 9th so how can this be "final bill"? One month before?!? Afraid of something?--- Original review ---After reading the good reviews posted here, we trusted BookingHealth with our savings of 5.800 € in order to help us investigate our 1-year-old daughter's epilepsy condition. What a big mistake! First, they tell us the hospital we have booked in Munchen had a "meeting" and decided our case was too complicated and we should see a more experienced doctor in Bonn. We were worried but we believed. After much insistence in providing us with a written explanation from the hospital we found out from another "travel agent" that it was a LIE. The hospital, in fact, was not accepting international patients. We also called the hospital directly and confirmed...But this was nothing... we went to the clinic, found a very arrogant doctor who told us nothing we didn't already know. All "investigations" took 2 hours (waiting times included). After the bad experience we had so far, we demanded the bill directly from the clinic at the end - it was 1100 €Well, we said, at least we will get most of our money back to continue our investigations... BookingHealth agent told us to wait for the final calculation. So we wait.. and wait.. after 3 weeks we get it! We look closely - it's from another patient!!! (very "confidential" information...)We tell them it's a mistake and they tell us again to wait... and we wait... 2 more weeks - we get the "final final calculation": from the 5.800€ we paid, they will give us back 820€ !!!After many attempts to reason with them by e-mail and getting no answer we have no other option than to make our story public and if nothing helps, file complaints with Verbraucherzentrale Bonn and econsumer.gov and do whatever we can by legal means to recover our money and continue investigations for our daughter!How can you rip off people with health problems? Are those problems not enough? And especially deprive children of further investigations and a chance of a normal life? What kind of people are you?Stay away from BookingHealth !!!
