My daughter is just 17 yo. And she was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. We started treatment in Poland, but as a parent… you always want to be 100% sure you’re doing the right thing. We needed a second opinion. We read about Booking Health. They turned out to be the best decision we made. They arranged treatment for us at University Hospital Ulm. The coordinator was by our side. It felt like someone was holding our hand through the whole process. The doctors were incredible. The nurses always tried to make my daughter feel safe. Those little things matter more than people realize. She’s in remission. Back in school. Seeing her laugh again… I don’t even have words. I will never forget the help we received. We wish y’all the best, guys.

Absolute Charlatans.

I have just read a review which is the exact same process we are going through. We had a family member sign up for treatment, but one week prior to travel became ill, was hospitalised for two weeks, and then moved to a hospice for a further two weeks. Therefore, we received a written letter from NHS Scotland to advise that due to ill health was unable to travel, and would likely ever be in a position to travel from Scotland to Frankfurt in Germany. All this happened in August 2025.We are still in January 2026 trying to get our money back, nearly 30k in euros. We can receive a refund, but BH want to retain 30% of that which amounts to 7.5k of which they believe is due to their terms and conditions. We have provided evidence to the contrary that does not support BH retaining that amount as we have proven that does not contravene their T&C's. We are trying to speak with their quality manager, Hany Elrouby, who is evasive on emails, doesn't return calls, etc. to provide us with a virtual meeting with their "legal team" to explain line by line how they specifically feel our case has contravened their terms and conditions.This is all meanwhile we deal with the family member who has had a horrific time with stage 4 bowel cancel, who is bedridden and undoubtedly on his last phase on his Journey.I would avoid these charlatans at all costs.

My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The doctors at home didn’t give us much hope. That’s how we found Booking Health. They helped us get in touch with Dr. Frank Gansauge at LDG Laboratories in Berg. The plan included methods that we couldn’t access back home. To our surprise, my dad tolerated the treatment really well. After just a few cycles, we could actually see improvement. Like real improvement. It felt like we could finally breathe again. Our coordinator was kind and always quick to respond, even when we were stressed and full of questions. It’s been six months since the first visit. My dad’s condition is stable. I would say it’s even improving. We can’t thank you enough, guys, for all your help.

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer..

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. I really wanted a second opinion in Germany. So I reached out to Booking Health. They referred me to University Hospital Erlangen. The surgery went well. I’m so thankful for that. The medical team explained things in a way that made sense. The company took care of everything for me. But there was one issue. My admission was delayed by a day because of a bed shortage. I only found out about that after arriving at the hospital. I ended up waiting for hours in the hallway and had to stay an extra night at the hotel. The team resolved the issue. Despite that, I want to say that the treatment was successful. You, guys, helped me access the care I needed. I just hope you improve your communication with hospitals, so other patients don’t go through the same last-minute confusion. But, in any case, thanks!

Booking Health were everything I was looking for

Booking Health were fantastic from beginning to end. They made a very different situation so easy. The treatment, travel & hotels was organised from the amazing Monika & Julia. Our interpreter Aksana was so lovely and put me easy, always there to answer my questions. Last but by no least, was our driver Sami. Always there on time & super friendly.I'm keeping my fingers crossed on the treatment carried out by the amazing Prof. Frank Gansauge.

I had early-stage breast cancer.

I had early-stage breast cancer. A friend told me about Booking Health, so I figured… why not try? That recommendation changed everything. They helped me arrange breast-conserving surgery at University Hospital Tübingen. The whole medical team there was just wonderful. The coordinator was also great. I’ll be honest though. The first consultation day was rough. I waited for more than two hours. By then, my nerves were already sky-high. The coordinator kept checking on me. I really appreciated that… but still. Not my favorite moment. I’m recovering now. Even with that one frustrating wait, I’m thankful for the treatment and support I received. Thank you so so much, guys.

I was diagnosed with stage II cervical

I was diagnosed with stage II cervical cancer. After digging through a ton of information, I learned about robotic surgery for gynaecological cancers in Germany. That’s how I ended up reaching out to Booking Health. They helped me arrange treatment at University Hospital Rechts der Isar in Munich. And wow, did that make a difference. The surgery itself went well. Recovery? Way easier than I expected. I still can’t believe how quickly I was able to get back on my feet. I also had radiotherapy afterwards. Doctors, nurses… everyone took the time to calm my fears. I’m home now. I’m doing well. I don’t know how I would’ve managed this whole journey without this company. Thanks so much.

First class service with booking health

I reached out to booking health last month, in the hope they could help my Mum with a treatment plan. Tanja my case manager has been great from the very start. She was so good at explaining the process and was always on hand to answer any questions I had via WhatsApp. My travel manager Nour has also been such a great help with organising the logistics part of the programme. Both Tanja and Nour have been so helpful and friendly. They reply fast to messages and have genuinely made this whole process so much easier. I can’t comment on the treatment side of things yet as we are not booked in until the end of January. However, I am so grateful for their help during a stressful time for me and my family.
