Would have been 5 stars, however I sent a contact form to the Support Centre and they didn't get back to me until after I'd submitted my claim. I understand why there's no contact phone number for the company but I had a query ref the doctor's form as my GP refused to write a formal letter to assist with my claim. It would be good if this could be resolved maybe in the FAQs maybe? I was lucky and had a chiropractor letter but not sure what would have happened if I'd been unable to support medical evidence.
