Our claim was rejected despite valid reasons for the delays. We ended up covering new flights and additional costs without any reimbursement. I advise considering a more reliable travel insurance provider. I will not use this service again. Be sure to check the negative reviews; they take your money but do not honor valid claims. Completely ineffective.
