Looks like a legit scam .
Bought an insurance for my train ticket and was not able to use it due to flight been cancelled, which actually presumes that if i miss train then it should be covered.
Not able even to start the claim as according to all the points I am not eligible for it.
No contact numbers, no support lines. Some links are broken when you try to raise claim. So basially they easily charge you within seconds when you buy, but if you need to get something from them, you face a great wall.
If you insure yourself against medical delay - you need proofs that you been sick from doctors.
If you insure against missing train - you need information about traffic accidents.
So it looks like one big scam and you find out abpout that when you only need to get your refund.
