DO NOT USE XCOVER INSURANCE!!!!! They initially tell you that it is wise to purchase them for travel/car rental/hotel coverage for peace of mind for situations beyond our control during travels. Our flight was oversold and delayed, causing us to miss the only connecting flight that day. After going through hoops getting a letter from the airline citing the reason for the delay for our insurance claim, it was denied. We have lost full payment for a hotel stay that did not take place. It was beyond our control that we were unable to make it to our hotel as scheduled and we would have stayed there if our aircraft had not been delayed due to an aircraft mechanical. This company does not have a phone number that even allows anyone to talk to an actual person, which I find appalling. The claim process is not user friendly and we do not recommend XCover Insurance to anyone!!! It is a scam!!!!!!!!!!
