This tour was marketed as a small group experience, but we ended up on multiple large buses filled to capacity. This was misleading. The organization and guiding were extremely poor, with no clear communication. The only Northern Lights activity was spotted by passengers on the way back, not by the guides. Snacks were not provided as promised and had to be requested midway through the trip. The driver was seen watching a mobile device while driving in icy conditions, which was alarming. The photography service was misrepresented; photos were unclear and did not reflect reality. Overall, this experience was disappointing, poorly organized, and unsafe. I recommend choosing a reputable tour instead.
