We booked a Northern Lights tour for Yesterday night and you told that the aurora had to be visible to the naked eye, otherwise It would have been refunded. Nothing was visible during the 8 hour tour. Santiago, the guide, repeatedly said that It would have been better and that we would have had a chance and “it’s mother of nature,” which contradicts advertising a “guaranteed” experience. After the tour, a long-exposure camera photo was used to claim success, even though the lights were not visible in real life.
This Is very unfair and we want tò be refunded.
